Operations
Business administration degree. Years of hands-on experience managing operations, coordinating vendors, designing marketing materials, and building the back-office systems that small business owners need but never have time to create. She doesn't plan your vacations or fetch your coffee. She makes sure your business actually runs.
Strategy & Growth
Background in small business management, sales leadership, and systems design. Previously managed three businesses, 15 employees, and over $300K in annual sales revenue. He finds the clients, understands their pain, and makes sure the engagement delivers measurable value from day one.
